for A&R(이하 "서비스", https://foranr.com)은 음악 A&R 실무를 돕는 브라우저 기반 무료 도구 모음입니다. 서비스를 이용하시면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 개인정보 처리에 관한 내용은 개인정보처리방침에 따로 있습니다.
① 이 서비스는 법률 자문이 아닙니다. 문서의 내용, 법적 효력, 그로 인한 결과는 전적으로 이용자와 상대방 당사자의 책임입니다. 중요한 계약은 변호사 등 전문가의 검토를 받으시기 바랍니다.
② 서비스는 서명자의 신원을 확인하지 않습니다. 서비스는 서명 이미지와 동의 기록을 수집·전달하는 도구이며, 본인확인기관을 통한 휴대폰 본인확인이나 전자서명인증사업자의 인증서 확인을 거치지 않습니다. 따라서 "그 사람이 서명했다"는 점을 서비스가 보증하지 않습니다. 서명자의 신원 확인은 이용자의 책임입니다.
③ 서비스는 어떤 협회·기관과도 제휴·승인 관계가 아닙니다. 서비스가 제공하는 각종 서식은 해당 기관이 공개·배포하는 양식을 이용자의 작성 편의를 위해 불러오는 것일 뿐이며, 서비스는 그 기관이 운영하거나 승인한 것이 아닙니다. 양식이 최신인지, 그 서식으로 접수가 가능한지, 제출처가 달리 요구하는 것이 있는지는 이용자가 확인하셔야 하며, 작성한 서류의 접수·심사·등록은 전적으로 해당 기관의 절차와 판단에 따릅니다.
전자서명법 제3조에 따라 전자서명은 전자적 형태라는 이유만으로 효력이 부인되지 않습니다(2020년 개정으로 "공인전자서명" 제도는 폐지되었고, 지금은 어떤 전자서명이든 당사자의 합의와 증명에 따라 효력이 판단됩니다). 다만 다툼이 생겼을 때 "누가 서명했는지"를 입증할 책임은 이를 주장하는 당사자에게 있습니다. 서비스는 그 입증에 쓸 수 있는 기록(서명 시각, 동의문 버전, 문서 지문, 접속 지문 등)을 남길 뿐, 신원 자체를 확인해 주지 않습니다.
본 서비스는 만 14세 이상부터 이용할 수 있습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동은 서비스를 이용하거나 서명을 요청·제출할 수 없습니다.
만 19세 미만 미성년자는 법정대리인의 동의를 받아 이용해야 하며, 미성년자가 한 서명의 효력은 민법에 따릅니다(법정대리인이 취소할 수 있습니다). 서명을 요청하는 분은 상대방이 미성년자인지 확인할 책임이 있습니다 — 1항에 적은 대로 서비스는 서명자의 나이나 신원을 확인하지 않습니다.
다음은 모두 이용자의 책임입니다.
위반이 확인되면 해당 이용을 제한하거나 관련 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
이용자가 업로드하거나 입력한 문서·정보에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 제공자는 이를 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위(요청한 상대방에게 전달하는 것) 외의 목적으로 이용하지 않으며, 광고·학습·판매 등에 사용하지 않습니다. 서비스 자체(화면, 코드, 문구)에 대한 권리는 제공자에게 있습니다.
서비스는 무료로, 있는 그대로(as-is) 제공됩니다. 서비스가 중단 없이 동작하거나, 오류가 없거나, 특정 목적에 적합하다는 점을 보증하지 않습니다. 양식의 좌표· 서식은 실물 출력과 다를 수 있으므로, 제출 전에 이용자가 직접 확인해야 합니다.
제공자는 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 있는 경우 그로 인한 손해를 배상합니다. 경과실로 인한 손해에 대해서는 통상적으로 발생하는 손해의 범위에서 배상하며, 이용자가 서비스를 무료로 이용한다는 점을 함께 고려합니다. 제공자가 알 수 없었던 특별한 사정으로 인한 손해, 이용자가 문서의 내용·상대방·전달 경로를 잘못 정하여 발생한 손해에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
이 약관의 어떤 조항도 관계 법령상 제공자가 면제받을 수 없는 책임(개인정보 보호법에 따른 의무 등)을 면제하지 않습니다.
제공자는 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다. 무료 서비스의 특성상 사전 고지 없이 기능이 바뀌거나 중단될 수 있으므로, 중요한 문서는 이용자의 기기에 내려받아 보관하시기 바랍니다.
이 약관은 변경될 수 있습니다. 변경 시 이 페이지에 시행일 7일 전까지 게시하며, 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전까지 게시합니다. 변경에 동의하지 않으시면 서비스 이용을 중단하시면 되고, 시행일 이후 계속 이용하시는 경우 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
이 약관과 서비스 이용에는 대한민국 법을 적용합니다. 분쟁이 생기면 먼저 협의로 해결하고, 소송이 필요한 경우 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

(1) This Service is not legal advice. The content of your documents, their legal effect, and any consequences are entirely the responsibility of you and the other parties. Have important contracts reviewed by a qualified professional.
(2) The Service does not verify the signer's identity. It is a tool for collecting and delivering a signature image and a consent record; it does not run phone-based identity verification or check certificates issued by a licensed provider. The Service therefore does not warrant that a particular person signed. Verifying the signer's identity is your responsibility.
(3) The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any association or authority. The forms it offers are simply the templates those bodies publish, loaded here so you can fill them in more easily. Whether a template is current, whether it is accepted in that form, and whether the recipient requires anything else are for you to check, and acceptance, review and registration of any completed document rest entirely with the relevant body.
Under Korean law an electronic signature is not denied legal effect merely because it is electronic (the former "accredited certificate" monopoly was abolished in 2020). But if a dispute arises, the burden of proving who signed falls on the party asserting it. The Service only keeps records you can use toward that proof (signing time, consent-text version, document fingerprint, connection fingerprints) — it does not establish identity.
The Service is for people aged 14 and over. Children under 14 may not use the Service or request or submit a signature.
If you are under 19 (a minor under Korean law), you must have your legal representative's consent to use the Service, and the effect of a signature made by a minor is governed by the Korean Civil Act (a legal representative may rescind it). If you request a signature, it is your responsibility to check whether the other party is a minor — as stated in section 1, the Service does not verify a signer's age or identity.

If a violation is confirmed we may restrict that use or delete the related data.
You keep all rights in the documents and information you upload or enter. We use them only as needed to run the Service (delivering them to the person you asked to sign) — never for advertising, model training, or sale. Rights in the Service itself (interface, code, copy) remain ours.
The Service is provided free of charge and as-is. We do not warrant that it will run without interruption or error, or that it fits any particular purpose. Form layouts and coordinates may differ from printed output, so check the result yourself before filing anything.
We are liable for damages caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence. For ordinary negligence our liability is limited to ordinary, foreseeable damages, taking into account that the Service is free of charge. We are not liable for damages arising from special circumstances we could not have known, or from your choices about a document's content, its recipient, or how a link was delivered.
Nothing in these terms waives any liability that applicable law does not permit us to waive (including obligations under personal data protection law).
We may change or discontinue the Service. Because it is free, features may change or stop without prior notice — keep your own copies of anything important.
These terms may change. We post changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect, and at least 30 days before for changes unfavourable to users. If you do not agree, stop using the Service; continuing to use it after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
These terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will try to resolve disputes by discussion first; if court proceedings are necessary, venue follows the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
