for A&R(이하 "서비스", https://foranr.com)은 음악 A&R 실무를 위한 브라우저 기반 도구 모음입니다. 본 방침은 서비스가 어떤 정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 설명합니다.
음원, 가사, 서류 등 사용자가 업로드하는 모든 파일은 사용자의 브라우저 안에서만 처리됩니다. BPM·키 분석, 스템 분리, WAV→MP3 변환, 텍스트 비교, 워터마크 삽입, PDF 서류 작성과 서명은 모두 기기 내에서 이루어지며, 파일 자체는 어떠한 서버로도 전송·저장되지 않습니다. 이는 아래 3항의 「서명 요청」 기능을 쓸 때도 같습니다 — 그 경우에도 문서 파일이 아니라 문서에 채운 값이 전달됩니다.
서버로 무언가가 전달되는 경우는 다음 두 가지뿐이며, 각각 2·3항에서 설명합니다: ①음성 합성(TTS), ②서명 요청(원격 전자서명). 두 기능을 쓰지 않으면 어떤 정보도 외부로 나가지 않습니다.
워터마크 음성 안내 기능을 사용할 경우, 입력한 수신자 이름(짧은 문자열)만이 음성 합성을 위해 Google Cloud Text-to-Speech API로 전송됩니다. 업로드한 음원 자체는 전송되지 않습니다. 이 기능을 사용하지 않으면 어떤 텍스트도 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
서류 작성 화면에서 「요청하기」로 서명 요청 링크를 만들 때에만 아래 정보가 서버(중계 저장소)를 거칩니다. 링크를 만들지 않고 기기에서 직접 작성·서명·저장만 한다면 어떤 정보도 서버로 전달되지 않습니다.
위 정보는 서명 요청의 전달과 서명 결과의 회수, 그리고 분쟁 시 확인을 위한 기록 용도로만 처리되며, 생성 후 7일이 지나면 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 요청자가 요청을 취소하면 그 즉시 문서 표시용 값과 서명 이미지가 삭제됩니다. 회수된 서명과 동의 기록은 요청자의 기기(브라우저)에 보관되며, 이는 서비스가 접근할 수 없습니다.
이 기능을 위해 다음 사업자에 처리를 위탁하며, 해당 사업자의 인프라는 국외에 있을 수 있습니다.
위탁 항목·보유기간은 위 가·나항과 같으며, 서비스 이용(서명 요청 생성) 시점에 위 내용에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으실 경우 서명 요청 기능을 사용하지 않으시면 되고, 그 경우에도 서류 작성·서명·저장 기능은 그대로 이용하실 수 있습니다.
본 서비스는 다음의 제3자 서비스를 사용하며, 이들은 쿠키 또는 유사 기술을 사용할 수 있습니다.
방문자 수, 페이지 조회 등 익명화된 사용 통계를 수집하여 서비스 개선에 활용합니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.
본 서비스는 카카오 애드핏을 통해 화면 하단 배너 광고를 게재합니다. 카카오 및 제휴 광고 사업자는 광고 게재와 성과 측정을 위해 쿠키 또는 유사 기술을 사용할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 카카오 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.
서비스는 행태정보를 직접 수집·저장하지 않으나, 위 제3자가 광고 게재 과정에서 이를 수집할 수 있습니다. 다음 방법으로 거부하실 수 있습니다.
TTS API와 서명 요청 기능의 과도한 사용을 막기 위해, 요청 시점에 한해 접속 IP 주소를 일시적으로(수십 초~수 분) 사용량 제한 용도로만 처리합니다. 이 정보는 광고나 식별 목적으로 사용되거나 영구 저장되지 않습니다.
본 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보가 처리된 사실을 알게 된 경우 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
서비스는 처리하는 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 법령에 근거한 요구가 있는 경우에만 그 범위에서 제공할 수 있으며, 서비스 운영에 필요한 위탁은 3항 다에 적은 것이 전부입니다.
파기 절차와 방법 — 서명 요청 관련 기록은 보유기간(7일)이 지나면 저장소의 자동 만료(TTL)로 별도의 절차 없이 소멸합니다. 요청자가 요청을 취소하면 그 즉시 삭제됩니다. 전자적 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하며, 서비스는 종이 출력물 형태로 개인정보를 보관하지 않습니다.
서비스는 처리하는 정보를 지키기 위해 다음의 조치를 하고 있습니다.
# 뒤(브라우저가 서버로 보내지 않는 부분)에만 담기므로 서비스는 그 내용을 읽을 수 없습니다.서명 요청으로 처리된 정보에 대해 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청하실 수 있습니다. 요청자는 서류 화면에서 해당 요청의 ✕(요청 취소)를 눌러 직접 즉시 삭제할 수 있으며, 그 밖의 요청은 아래 연락처로 알려주시면 확인 후 처리합니다. 법정대리인을 통해서도 행사하실 수 있습니다. 모든 기록은 요청 후 7일이 지나면 자동으로 삭제됩니다.

for A&R ("the Service", https://foranr.com) is a browser-based toolkit for music A&R work. This policy explains what information the Service handles and how.
Every file you upload — audio tracks, lyrics, documents — is processed entirely within your browser. BPM & key analysis, stem separation, WAV→MP3 conversion, text comparison, watermarking, and PDF paperwork & signing all happen on your device, and the files themselves are never transmitted to or stored on any server. That remains true when you use the signature-request feature in section 3 — even then, what travels is not the document file but the values you filled into it.
There are only two cases where anything reaches a server, covered in sections 2 and 3: (1) speech synthesis (TTS) and (2) signature requests (remote e-signature). If you don't use those features, nothing leaves your device.
If you use the spoken watermark feature, only the recipient name you type (a short string) is sent to the Google Cloud Text-to-Speech API to synthesize audio. Your uploaded track is never sent. If you don't use this feature, no text leaves your device.
The information below passes through a relay server only when you create a signature-request link from the paperwork screen. If you fill in, sign, and save a document on your own device without creating a link, nothing is sent to any server.
This information is used solely to deliver the request, return the signature, and keep a record for dispute resolution. It is deleted automatically 7 days after creation. If the requester cancels a request, the display values and signature image are deleted immediately. Returned signatures and consent records are kept in the requester's own browser, which the Service cannot access.
The following providers process data on our behalf, and their infrastructure may be located outside your country.
Creating a signature request constitutes agreement to the above. If you prefer not to agree, simply don't use the signature-request feature — all paperwork, signing, and saving features remain fully available on your device.
The Service uses the following third-party services, which may use cookies or similar technologies.
Collects anonymized usage statistics (visits, page views) to help improve the Service. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.
The Service displays a bottom banner ad via Kakao AdFit. Kakao and its partner ad providers may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads and measure performance. See the Kakao Privacy Policy for details.
The Service does not itself collect or store behavioural advertising data, but the third parties above may do so while serving ads. You can opt out as follows.
To prevent excessive use of the TTS API and the signature-request feature, your IP address is processed transiently (for seconds to minutes) at request time, solely for rate limiting. It is not used for advertising or identification and is not stored permanently.
The Service is not directed to children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that such information has been processed, we delete it without delay.
We do not sell or otherwise provide your personal information to third parties. Disclosure occurs only where required by law and only to that extent; the processors listed in section 3(c) are the only ones used to operate the Service.
How data is destroyed — records related to signature requests expire automatically when the 7-day retention period ends (storage-level TTL), with no separate procedure required, and are deleted immediately when a requester cancels. Electronic files are deleted irrecoverably; the Service keeps no printed records.
We take the following measures to protect the information we handle.

A requester can delete it immediately themselves by pressing ✕ (cancel request) on the paperwork screen; for anything else, contact us at the address below. These rights may also be exercised through a legal representative. All records are deleted automatically 7 days after the request.
